Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This natural-bristle strip set, part B375-4200, is cut for fine carpet and mounts using the clamp method found on PV-chassis agitators for the X9 and RAD platforms. Clamp-style strips can be replaced on their own without swapping the whole brushroll, which keeps the repair to the wear item rather than the roller underneath it.

The reasoning behind a fine-carpet strip is simple: delicate weaves such as wool and Berber suffer under an aggressive brush. A gentler natural strip still lifts grit into the airstream and grooms the pile as it passes, just without wearing down fibers the way a standard strip would, which matters most on carpet you would rather protect over the years.
