Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This printed circuit board kit, part B390-1400K, is the electronic control board supplied for Riccar and Simplicity canister vacuums in the Verve, Stine, Cinch and Char families. It arrives as a kit rather than a bare board, so the board comes with what the swap requires.

The board is the piece that reads the controls and passes power to the motor. When a canister has gone dead with a live cord and a good motor, will not respond to its switches, or runs at one speed no matter what is pressed, the control board is the usual suspect after the cord and switch have been ruled out.
