Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Replacement nozzle assembly for Riccar 8000 series uprights built without the clutch. Order D017-1015 only if your machine is a non-clutch model, as the clutched versions of this platform use different nozzle hardware.

The nozzle is the front housing that rides on the carpet and feeds dirt into the airstream. Once it has cracked at a mounting point or worn thin along the front lip, the machine no longer seals to the floor, and no amount of fresh belts or bags brings pickup back. Fitting the complete assembly restores the original geometry in one step instead of chasing individual broken tabs.
