Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Rainbow's E and E2 power nozzles route air from the brush chamber into the wand connection through a snap-in manifold, and part R11675 is the replacement, molded in the same clip-fit style as the original.
A manifold that has cracked, warped, or lost its snap fit begins drawing air from the surrounding room through the gap rather than from the carpet underneath. The failure is deceptive: nothing changes at the hose or motor, but the floor needs two or three passes to do the work one used to. Strong suction felt at the hose paired with weak pickup down at the nozzle is the classic pattern that points here first.
Because it is a snap-in design, no tools are needed to fit the replacement, only firm, even pressure applied until every catch has fully engaged. Leaving one corner sitting proud of its seat reproduces the exact leak the cracked original had, so check the full edge before closing the nozzle back up.
Wipe out the mounting recess before pressing the new manifold home, since grit trapped there is enough on its own to keep even a good part from seating flush against the nozzle body.
