Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM motor mount gasket (Part #R11316, R-11316) seals the motor to the housing on Rexair Rainbow E2 Series vacuums built from serial number 9230146 onward, with a production start date of March 17, 2000. The gasket sits between the motor and the machine body to keep the airflow path sealed.
As the gasket ages it hardens and shrinks, opening air leaks that let suction bypass the motor and rob the vacuum of cleaning power. Installing a fresh gasket re-establishes a tight seal so the motor pulls full airflow through the water-filtration system.
