Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part R14434 is the water pan latch for the Rainbow E2 canister, sold as a single latch. It is the catch that secures the pan against the housing and keeps it there through normal use.

A cracked or badly worn latch will not hold the water pan tight against the housing. That loose fit can let the pan shift or drop while the machine is running, and it breaks the seal the pan depends on to keep suction contained.

Latch wear is rarely dramatic. A latch that still closes but no longer pulls the pan down firmly is already past its useful life, and the sign owners notice first is usually the pan working loose partway through a cleaning session rather than an obvious break. If the pan will not stay seated, the latch is worth replacing before it lets go with water still in the pan.

Fitting a new latch restores a firm, positive hold on the pan. It is an inexpensive part next to the mess a dropped water pan makes, so swapping it at the first sign of a loose fit is the sensible order of operations.
