Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part R13361 is a handle grip set for Rexair Rainbow E series machines, supplied as a left-hand and right-hand pair that snaps together rather than as a single piece. It is listed for the Rainbow E2, and for E series units with serial numbers beginning 7916820.
Grips take a kind of wear the rest of a machine never sees. Hand pressure, skin oil and whatever cleaning product happens to be around all work on the same small area every time the machine is picked up or pulled along, so the surface goes smooth and slick long before anything structural gives way. A half that has split at the seam is the more urgent case, because the two sides depend on each other to stay closed, and once one is cracked the pair starts to shift under the hand instead of staying put.
