Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM Rainbow brush roll bearing gasket (Part #R2443B) fits the D4 power nozzle. The gasket seals around the brush-roll bearing, keeping dust and debris out of the bearing as the brush roll spins.

A bearing gasket that has hardened, torn, or fallen out leaves the bearing open to grit and hair, which leads to noisy, rough rotation and early bearing failure. A failed bearing then drags on the belt and slows the brush roll. Fitting the correct gasket restores the seal that protects the bearing.
