Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM bottom plate (Part #R13363, R12660) is the snap-together sole plate for the Rainbow E and E2 power nozzle, fitting one-speed and early two-speed machines with the PN-2E Silver and PN-2E Gold nozzles. It fits serial numbers 7617932 through 7645115 and units built after serial 7763129. The plate forms the underside of the nozzle around the brush roll.
A bottom plate that is cracked or worn can scratch floors and disrupt the airflow across the brush, which reduces cleaning effectiveness. A fresh plate restores a smooth underside and proper nozzle sealing.
