Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This hose cuff (SKU IT202132) is a replacement end cap for the Retraflex retractable central vacuum hose. It fits over the hose end and holds the polyester sleeve firmly in place, which is what lets the hose draw back smoothly into the in-wall tubing after each use instead of catching or bunching.

  • Fits: 1-1/4 in. Retraflex retractable hoses
  • Compatible with: Retraflex SoftTouch (IT3021-0) and Speedyflex (IT4031-0) retractable hoses
  • Function: secures the polyester sleeve for clean, snag-free retraction
