Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

BEAM's HSPOIG65A is a black replacement handle for the Retraflex retractable central vacuum hose, combining a shaped grip, a 360-degree swivel so the hose does not twist up as you move around a room, and a button lock for attaching wands and floor tools.

BEAM's own listing names this handle for the Retraflex retractable hose and for the Hide-A-Hose HS5000 system, so it covers both retractable-hose platforms rather than one alone.
