Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

A Retraflex retractable-hose system pulls the hose back through the pipe after each use, so its fittings need a wider turn than fixed-hose central vacuum tubing. Part IT202141 supplies that wider turn at 45 degrees, letting the hose pass through the bend without binding.

Use this elbow only on Retraflex runs; the very-long-radius shape is sized for hose clearance and is not needed on a conventional fixed-hose central vacuum line. Keep the rest of the run on matching very-long-radius Retraflex fittings so the hose travels smoothly at every turn.

Because the hose stores inside the pipe rather than on a rack, a Retraflex network is planned as a complete run of matching very-long-radius fittings from the inlet back to the power unit, rather than assembled piecemeal the way a standard hose-and-rack system often is. Mixing in a narrower-radius elbow anywhere along that path reintroduces the risk of a snag.
