Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Fitting all current Panasonic canister vacuums, this replacement cover release knob (part #AMC01D-F2Z00) works the latch that opens the lid over the dust bag compartment. The knob is what your thumb presses each time you change the bag.

Constant pressure eventually cracks or snaps the knob, and a broken one leaves the cover jammed shut or springing open on its own. When it fails you cannot change the bag cleanly, and dust can escape a lid that no longer seals. A new knob restores a positive latch so the cover opens on command and stays shut in use.
