Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The rear wheel axle (Part #2888002100) is the replacement shaft that the rear wheels of your FilterQueen Model 88 power nozzle rotate on. It carries the weight of the nozzle at the back and lets it roll evenly as you push and pull across the floor.

A bent, grooved, or worn axle causes the power nozzle to wobble, drag, or track unevenly, which shows up as inconsistent cleaning and extra effort at the handle. Fitting a straight replacement shaft restores smooth rolling and steady contact between the brush and the carpet.
