We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B225-0014 is the black Ready Reach hose connector for Vibrance and Symmetry upright vacuums. Powr-Flite's own parts listing confirms this connector, in black, for the Vibrance and Symmetry line.

What ships is the connector by itself. The stretch hose it joins to the machine is a separate part with its own number, so the first thing to establish is which of the two has actually failed. A connector that has cracked or lost its grip no longer holds a sealed joint, and air drawn in at that point is suction the machine is not delivering through the hose.
