    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Replacement direct-air vacuum motor in the long-shaft configuration for Riccar PV-chassis machines, cross-referenced to Ametek 112119-25 and stocked here as part C386-2500C. A motor is the standard part to replace when a machine has lost pickup outright rather than lost a seal somewhere upstream of it.

    Weak suction that does not improve after checking the bag, filter and hose, unusual heat during a run, or a motor that hums without spinning up are signs that point at the motor itself rather than a clog or a seal elsewhere in the airflow path. A motor that trips a breaker or gives off a hot smell after only a few minutes of use is also usually past the point of repair.

    Shaft length is not interchangeable between motor variants built on the same frame, so match it against the motor you are removing rather than ordering by frame size alone.
