Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This pushbutton switch (Part #32-9205-4) features a 15-inch lead wire and a metal top, serving as the power control built into vacuum cleaners and floor care equipment. Pressing it opens or closes the motor circuit to turn the machine on and off.

A switch that no longer latches, sticks down, or fails to make contact leaves a vacuum that will not start or shuts off on its own. Replacing the worn switch with a matching pushbutton unit restores reliable on and off control and clears up the intermittent power a failing switch causes.
