Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These genuine Bissell Style 3 belts restore the brush roll spin on Bissell Pure Air, Deluxe, and Power Clean uprights, and they arrive two per pack. Each belt links the motor to the brush roll so the machine agitates carpet as it was designed to.

A stretched or glazed belt slips and lets the brush roll slow, which leaves dirt in the carpet and strains the motor. Fitting a fresh genuine Style 3 belt brings back firm brush drive, and the second belt keeps a backup ready.
