Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Flojet Pump is a 115-volt, 2-cam diaphragm pump rated at 60 PSI, built here with EPDM check valves. It pressurizes and delivers solution in cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors that depend on consistent flow to the spray nozzles.

When a pump weakens, cycles unevenly, or stops priming, the machine can no longer push solution where it is needed. Aged diaphragms and worn check valves are the usual reasons. A correct 60 PSI replacement returns dependable pressure so the equipment sprays and cleans as designed.
