Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Flojet Pump is a 115-volt, 2-cam diaphragm pump rated at 60 PSI and fitted with a Viton check valve. It moves solution under pressure in equipment such as carpet extractors and other spray-and-recovery cleaning machines that rely on a steady flow.

A pump that has lost pressure, cycles roughly, or fails to prime leaves the machine unable to deliver solution to the spray tips. Worn diaphragms and hardened check valves are common failure points. Fitting a correct 60 PSI replacement pump restores consistent pressure and reliable solution delivery.
