Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Pullman Gloss Boss microfiber pads are 5-1/2 inch round pads for the Pullman-Holt Gloss Boss mini floor machine, sold two to a pack. The super-fine microfiber cleans and polishes in a single pass, lifting dust, dirt, grime, and grease while absorbing liquids rather than smearing them. The result is a streak-free finish on hard floors.

A pad that is matted, permanently soiled, or worn thin stops picking up cleanly and can leave streaks behind. Rotating in a fresh pad restores full grip on dirt and a clean, even shine. Because the pads rinse and reuse, the pair lasts across many jobs.
