Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 510186 supplies two spacers used in the assembly of ProTeam's Pro 6 platform backpacks. It covers Super Coach Pro 6 and Pro 10, both GoFree Flex Pro versions, the ProVac FS 6, and the 1073110 and 1073120 models. Spacers like this hold correct clearance between mounted components, and a machine with one missing rarely runs any worse for it right away.

Where it shows up is at reassembly. Pull a panel or a harness mount apart for service, and it is easy to set a small spacer aside and lose track of it among the larger parts. Put the assembly back together without it, and something sits fractionally out of place, whether that is a slight rattle, a mount that will not torque down evenly, or a panel gap that was not there before the machine was opened.
