Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The 12-inch power nozzle with pivoting head is a replacement floor tool for ProTeam Sierra, QuietPro, and ProClean backpack and canister systems with a standard 1.25 in. wand connection. Its motorized brush roll agitates carpet, while the pivoting head moves between carpet and hard floors.

An adjustable height mechanism sets the brush roll for different carpet pile depths, and the articulating head reaches corners, baseboards, and floor transitions with better control. Run the nozzle with the brush on for carpet, and switch it off for straight suction on hard surfaces.
