Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These are the 10 quart micro filter bags for ProTeam's larger backpack vacuums, sold ten to a pack as part 100331. Each bag carries around 698 square inches of filter media, which is what lets a bag this size hold a full night's dust without strangling airflow, and the micro-grade paper catches fine particles that would otherwise load the motor filter behind it.
Change bags before they look full. Airflow begins dropping once a bag is about two-thirds loaded, and by the time a crew reports that a machine has no suction, the bag has usually been full for days and the dome filter behind it has taken the punishment. Keeping a sleeve of ten on the cart is the cheapest performance upgrade a cleaning operation can make.
