Returns & Exchanges

Part 841724 is the wall-end plug assembly built for ProTeam's Super Coach Pro line, covering the Pro 6, the Pro 10, units cataloged as 1073110 and 1073120, plus the ProVac FS 6. It arrives as a finished piece rather than a bare plug meant to be wired on by hand.

Commercial plugs take a particular kind of punishment: yanked from outlets by the cord instead of the body, over and over, at every stop along a cleaning route. Over time the pins work loose inside the molded housing, the housing itself cracks, and the point where the cord meets the plug starts to fray until the machine cuts power whenever it gets bumped. Discoloration or a scorched look around the pins is a sign to pull it from service right away rather than finish out the shift, since heat marking at a plug points to a poor connection carrying load.

Fitting the replacement restores a solid connection at the wall while leaving the rest of the supply line untouched, so the repair stays contained to the failed part instead of turning into a full replacement job.

After installing it, plug the machine in and gently work the connection point a few times before putting it back into service, checking that the prongs seat fully and evenly in a standard outlet and that the connection holds under light movement.
