Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A weak diagnosis often blames the battery when the real culprit sits upstream: the charger stopped delivering current overnight, and a perfectly healthy cell simply never filled back up.

A total refusal to charge, or a charge cycle that stretches noticeably past normal, should send troubleshooting toward this component before a battery gets replaced unnecessarily. Sticking with the specified charger protects the cell on the other end too, since an off-spec substitute can degrade or outright ruin a battery that would otherwise have years left in it, turning a small parts problem into a much costlier one.

Because this is the charger cataloged for the GoFree Flex Pro line rather than a generic substitute, there is nothing to configure or guess at during setup. Crews running one cordless machine without a spare on standby benefit most from keeping an extra charger in reserve, since a lost or dead unit would otherwise take the vacuum out of rotation for however long a replacement takes to arrive.
