Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 834055 is the lower harness waist band assembly, built for three ProTeam machines: the Super Coach Pro 6, the Super Coach Pro 10, and the ProVac FS 6. The waist band carries the heaviest share of a backpack unit's load onto the hips instead of the shoulders, which is exactly the mechanism that keeps a long shift from wearing an operator down by early afternoon.

Webbing and buckles on this assembly are wear items, same as any load-bearing strap that gets buckled and unbuckled dozens of times a week. When straps fray, a buckle breaks, or the band goes slack and stops gripping the hips firmly, weight climbs back up onto the shoulders and back instead, and the vacuum turns tiring to wear well before the shift ends even though nothing mechanical has changed about the machine itself.

Swapping in a new assembly returns the fit these machines were engineered around, and fitting it is a straightforward job onto the existing backplate rather than a full harness teardown. Crews that notice the lower band failing first often assume the whole harness needs replacing, when in most cases this waist band piece alone corrects the fit.
