Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The CleanMax Pro-Series Champ is a bagged commercial upright driven by a 9-amp two-stage motor and shipped with a full onboard tool set for above-floor work. Three-stage filtration and a height-adjustment dial let one machine move between low-pile commercial carpet and thicker cut pile without losing contact.

On a busy cleaning route, the parts that slow a crew down are cords, bags, and jammed brushrolls. The Champ answers each: a 40-foot three-wire SJT cord with strain relief reaches most rooms from one outlet, the quick-change bag swaps in seconds, and the easy-access brushroll clears without tools so hair and thread do not choke suction.
