Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Bench-checked cord reel, part D390-1600, covering Gusto and Moxie style canisters along with the IMMAC and IMPEC canister models. Each unit is tested before it is boxed, so rewind and continuity have already been verified on the reel you install.

  • Fits: Gusto, Moxie, IMMAC and IMPEC canister platforms
  • Condition: new, tested before packing
  • Function: cord storage plus power feed into the vacuum body

When a canister stops pulling its cord back in, or power drops out as the cord is drawn to length, the reel is the usual culprit rather than the cord jacket. Other service items on the same canister family include the electric hose with upgraded PCB and strain relief (D395-0800) and the S-Class HEPA media and charcoal filter set (SF-I3G).
