    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Powr-Flite sells the Valet, model VBUII-1, as a bare cordless upright body: no battery pack and no charger included, just the machine itself. Both pieces have to be sourced separately before this unit can go to work, which is worth knowing up front so the vacuum does not arrive and sit unused while you order what it needs to run.

    Two kinds of buyers look for the bare machine specifically. One is an operation that has already settled on a battery platform across its fleet and just needs another vacuum body to put into rotation, not more cells or another charger it does not need. The other runs a shared charging bank, where batteries move between units rather than staying dedicated to one machine each, which is why a site like that often ends up with more vacuums than battery packs by design rather than by accident. If neither of those describes you and this would be your first Valet, plan on ordering a compatible battery and charger in the same order so the machine is not sitting unused when it arrives.
