Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Rectangular red spray buff pad measuring 14 in. by 20 in., stocked as RD1420. Red is the spray buffing grade in standard floor pad colour coding: soft enough to work a finish back up to gloss with a light chemical mist, not aggressive enough to cut the finish off.
