Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

PFS20PD is Powr-Flite's red pad driver for the PFS20 scrubber. Mounting a driver instead of a bristle brush lets the same deck grip a floor pad, opening up jobs like light stripping, spray buffing or a maintenance polish on the same machine used for everyday scrubbing.

Wear on a driver shows up first on the pad-facing side. Once the gripping surface flattens or glazes over, a pad starts to skate or creep off center under the machine rather than staying locked to the deck, and operators end up steering around that drift instead of just running the pass.
