    Returns & Exchanges

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Powr-Flite pulse hose, part X1957, supplied as a made-up assembly rather than bulk tubing, so the end fittings come with it.

    Hose inside cleaning equipment leads a hard life. It stiffens with age and heat, chafes wherever it crosses a frame edge or clamp, and eventually splits or blows off a barb, generally at the least convenient point in a job. Fitting a factory assembly takes the guesswork out of bore size, wall rating and end connections, which is exactly where a hose built up on the bench tends to go wrong.
