Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Three and a half gallons of solution, three of recovery and a 14 in. cleaning path put the PFX3S at the small end of Powr-Flite's self-contained range, sized for spot work: a stained corridor, a single conference room, an area rug pulled aside for treatment.
A chevron-style agitating brush spins at 1000 RPM across a 9.5 in. brush width, and the 1.6 hp vacuum motor behind it is rated at 92 inches of waterlift and 110 CFM. On small jobs those recovery numbers matter more than tank size, because the customer is usually waiting in the next room for the carpet to be walkable again.
Powr-Flite gives it a folding handle and a lift-off recovery tank shaped so waste water does not slosh on the way to a sink, which means the machine stores upright in a closet and empties without a floor drain. It weighs 51 lbs, so one person gets it up a flight of stairs.
Solution pressure is listed at 60 p.s.i., firm enough for spot treatment rather than production restorative work. Powr-Flite covers the tanks and housing for ten years and the parts for two, which tells you where the machine is expected to wear: the pump and the brush motor, not the shell. If full floors are also on the schedule, ask us about pairing this with a larger self-contained unit rather than stretching one small machine across both kinds of job, and tell us what your usual room sizes are so we can sanity check the capacity against them.
