Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The NM201HD is a 20 in. floor machine with a 1.5 HP motor, built in Powr-Flite's Millennium Edition line. A machine in this class is the workhorse of a hard floor program: scrubbing and stripping, sanding, grinding and scraping, plus bonnet, shampoo and encapsulation work on carpet, with the pad or brush deciding which job it does that day.

The 20 in. head is the reason to take it over a 17 in. machine. A wider path means fewer passes per room, and on large open floors that is where the labour hours are saved.
