Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Flexible pad driver from Powr-Flite, part X8862, built for the company's M-series and C-series burnishers. The driver is the disc that holds the pad against the floor, and a flexible one lets the pad follow small variations in the surface rather than riding on the high spots, which produces an even gloss across a floor that is not perfectly flat.

Drivers are consumables in the same way pads are. The gripping face wears smooth, the pad starts slipping under load, and burnishing quality falls off before anything visibly breaks.
