Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nineteen inch pad driver, part TL19, from the Powr-Flite economy accessory line. It arrives complete: the riser is moulded into the driver and the UP2P clutch plate is already in place, which means no separate spacer and no extra coupling to source before the first job.

Pad drivers in this size go under larger standard-speed rotary machines, where the extra face diameter covers more floor per revolution on open areas such as corridors, entrances and sales floors. Match the driver to the pad size your machine is set up for, since an oversized driver will foul the skirt and an undersized one leaves the pad unsupported at its edge.
