    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    F678-TACONY is the replacement drive belt for the Powr-Flite PF14 and PF18 commercial uprights and for the Windsor Versamatic, all three of which take this same belt.

    On a commercial upright the belt is the only link between motor and brushroll, and it fades long before it fails outright. Stretch is gradual: the brushroll keeps spinning freely off the floor, but under the load of dense contract-grade carpet it slows or stalls outright, and the machine goes from grooming the pile to skimming the surface. Suction never changes, so crews almost never catch it by ear.
