Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Powr-Flite's PFX-2HP is the double jet extraction wand rated to 200 psi, built around a pair of 11002 spray jets.

Powr-Flite lists it for the PFX1080, PFX1080E, PFX1080CW, PFX1082E, PFX1380, PFX1380E and PFX135 extractors, which covers most of the portable and heated machines in the range. Match a wand to the machine rather than to the job. Pressure ratings and jet sizes are not interchangeable across the line, and a wand rated below what the pump delivers is a leak waiting to happen.

The two jets spray solution edge to edge across the head, and the recovery slot sitting right behind them draws it straight back up in the same stroke, so a pass does not leave the carpet soaked for hours afterward. At 200 psi this sits at the gentler end of the extraction range, which some operators prefer on older or more delicate carpet where higher pressure can drive water in deeper than the slot can pull it back.

Uneven spray, or a pass that suddenly needs repeating, is usually a jet tip rather than a pump. Mineral scale and dried solution collect at the smallest opening in the system first, so clear the tips before assuming anything larger has failed, and flush the wand with clean water after a day on hard water. The same goes for the vacuum slot: a slot partly blocked with fiber leaves more water in the carpet than a weak pump does, and it is visible from underneath in a few seconds.
