Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Model C131-7 is the 13 in. Classic floor machine from Powr-Flite, driven by a 1 hp motor. Its motor, transmission and electrical components are carried in a rugged housing made of metal rather than plastic, which is what keeps a machine of this type earning its keep through years of contract cleaning.

Thirteen inches is the compact size in the Classic range, and it is the one that gets into restrooms, galley kitchens, entryways and other tight rooms where a 17 or 20 in. machine cannot be turned. Fit a brush for scrubbing or a driver and pad for buffing, and the same body covers both jobs.
