Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Powr-Flite's Classic C201HD is a 20 in. single-speed rotary floor machine built with a 1.5 hp motor turning the pad at 175 RPM. Powr-Flite assembles and tests it in Fort Worth, Texas.

The machine is built around an all-steel triple planetary drive, and the housing is all metal rather than plastic. Operation runs through a dual lever on/off safety switch, and the cord exits through a heavy duty metal strain relief secured with a lock nut and spring, the kind of detail that keeps a cord from working loose after repeated coiling and uncoiling on a route.

Powr-Flite documents several of C201HD's own service parts by number: the drive motor is X8980-TI, the circuit breaker is X8023A, the shear pin is F3P, the power cord is M1369AS, the on/off switch is X1039, and the clutch plate is UP2 in metal or UP2P in plastic. Having those numbers on hand speeds up a parts call when something on the machine needs replacing rather than repairing. Powr-Flite lists the clutch plate in two forms, UP2 in metal and UP2P in plastic, so either number is a valid order for the same position on the machine.
