Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part X2206 is the carry strap Powr-Flite lists for the TP200-Q02-U, PP200-Q02-U and HydroMist M2. It is what an operator grips to pick the machine up and carry it by hand, rather than lifting it by the housing.

Straps are a straightforward wear item: webbing frays where it rubs against the machine body, stitching pulls loose at the anchor points, and the hardware bends or opens after enough drops. None of that is worth living with when the machine itself is otherwise fine. Check both anchor points and the buckle or clip hardware, not just the webbing itself, since a strap can look sound while the stitching underneath has already started to let go.

Lifting a machine by a housing seam or a hose fitting instead of its strap puts stress on parts that were never meant to carry the load, so a worn strap is worth replacing before it fails rather than after. When webbing on any of these units frays through, tears, or loses a hardware clip, order X2206 to have the machine back in service inside a couple of minutes.
