Part X0161 is a 30 ft. length of 16/3 power cord for the Powr-Flite PV160-W14-U Borelli Dual Pro upright. Powr-Flite specifies the cord as 16/3 SJT, 30 ft., and lists it for upright machines.

No part of an upright vacuum takes a harder beating than its cord. It gets run over at door frames, snagged on chair legs, and rolled across by the wheels of other machines, and once that repeated abrasion nicks the outer jacket or cracks the plug body, the only real fix is a full replacement rather than a wrap of tape. Run your hand along the full length before every shift: a soft spot, a flat section, or a plug that feels loose in the outlet are all reasons to pull the cord from service rather than wait for it to fail mid-job.

A 16/3 cord carries a ground conductor along with the two power conductors, so check that the ground prong on the plug is straight and fully seated whenever you inspect the cord, since a bent or missing ground pin defeats the protection the third wire is there to provide. Where the cord enters the machine body, look for signs the strain relief has loosened, since a cord that can twist or pull at that point wears through from the inside long before the outer jacket shows it.
