    Returns & Exchanges

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Twenty-five foot power cord from Powr-Flite, ordered as part X2019. Twenty-five feet is the working length most floor equipment is built around: enough to cover a room from one outlet without carrying so much cable that it drags behind the machine.

    Cords are replaced far more often than anything electrical inside a machine, and for good reason.
