Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

PS530-W22-UC is the self-propelled 20 inch walk-behind scrubber, delivered as a complete machine: charger, lead acid batteries, pad driver, one red pad and a light grit brush are all included.

Self propulsion is what separates this model from the brush-assist PS460-W22-UC. A drive system moves the machine at a set pace instead of relying on the deck to pull it along, which keeps speed consistent over long runs and on the slight ramps found at loading doors. The two machines share tank hardware: solution tank cap gasket PS09X0-09251 and drain cap PS03Z0-22261 are both listed for the PS460-W22-U and PS530-W22-U.
