Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 919DP is the 19 in. tufted pad driver from Powr-Flite, sold complete with the 1-1/4 riser and a UP2P clutch plate.

A driver is the disc between the machine's drive block and the floor pad. The tufted face is the working surface, and its job is to hold the pad still while the machine is loaded up, which a plain face will not do reliably once the pad is wet. Because the clutch plate comes with it, the assembly is ready to drop onto the drive block as delivered.

Powr-Flite lists the same pattern at 17 in. under 717DP and an economy 19 in. driver under TL19. The clutch plate is available separately as UP2P. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
