    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    HP218M names an 18 in. brush in Powr-Flite's hard polypropylene grade, at .028 in. fill diameter, built for 20 in. floor machines and weighing 8 lb with its clutch plate included. It takes the place of Powr-Flite's older SF618 and SF620 numbers.

    Powr-Flite recommends this hardness for tile and grouted floors, porous hard surfaces, unfinished concrete, garages and industrial spaces, and scrubbing where no particular finish needs protecting. Mounted under a 20 in. deck, the added weight over the brush presses the bristle tips down into the surface profile, so one pass lifts soil out of low spots a softer brush would leave behind.

    Powr-Flite lists this brush against its own 20 in. floor machines, the C201HD and the C202, which are the machines its own listing names for this brush. On a large open area, the extra sweep this 18 in. size covers per pass adds up when the job is measured by square footage cleared per hour rather than finish quality alone. The included clutch plate mounts it directly to a compatible machine's drive spindle, and because it is a hard grade, keep it off any floor carrying a finish worth protecting.
