    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    PFS12PDL names the red-colored pad driver Powr-Flite ships for the left side of its PFS24 scrubber, 11 in. across. A pad driver is what a cleaning pad clamps onto: it takes rotation from the machine and keeps the pad seated flat and centered while the unit scrubs.

    Powr-Flite lists this driver for the left position specifically, under its own part number separate from the right-side unit, so the side has to be named when ordering rather than treated as one interchangeable part.
