    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Product details

    An 11 in. rotary scrub brush with hard polypropylene filament, cut to run on a 13 in. floor machine. The part number is HP211M.

    Stiff poly is what you want when the floor has texture in it. The bristle reaches down into the low points of quarry tile, unglazed ceramic and porous hard surfaces instead of riding across the top the way a soft nylon brush does, so soil comes out of the grout line rather than being polished into it.
