Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Ten machines share one lead. Order code 5450DG is the dark gray mains cord fitted to the AUTOMATIC X4, X4 Boost, X5, X7 Premium, X7 Pet and X8 and to the ESSENTIAL G1, G2, G4 and G5. SEBO shows it as item 4 on the ESSENTIAL G4/G5 sheet. The cord measures 40 ft and uses 17/2 wire, which is the working reach these uprights were built around.
The drawing makes its route plain. The lead passes through the grommet at item 3, directly below the handle assembly at item 1, and runs down to the switch at item 5, with the cable clamp at item 8 holding it against strain. Anything interrupting that run calls for a complete cord rather than a splice: a break at the plug, a conductor severed at the point where it disappears into the handle, or a jacket crushed under a door.
Two habits make a new cord last. Thread it through every original clamp and guide so the strain falls where the design intends it to, and avoid winding it into tight loops by hand, since cords fail at the sharp bends they are repeatedly forced into rather than along the free run.
